The Boston-based federation has a wealth of information on Jewish life in the Greater Boston area, including information on Jewish education, day schools, and organizations that help people with special needs.
Prozdor is the middle and high school arm of Hebrew College, offering a unique on-site and community program for students, aged 12-18. They are sensitive to the needs of students with special educational challenges. Gateways collaborates with both the college, its graduate programs, and its high school.

Jewish Community Centers of Greater Boston

Boston's JCCs have a long and proud tradition of offering cultural and supportive services to the Jewish community, including many for children with special needs. The Leventhal-Sidman JCC in Newton, MA has partnered with Gateways for many years. Our Teen Mitzvah Mensches Program is offered bi-monthly in collaboration with the L-S's visual arts department.

Dan Habib, photojournalist and father of Samuel, explains how including his son in every way became his obsession, and then his work and mission.
