Accessible Hebrew School

Bringing Your Family Into a
Joyful Jewish Community, Where All Belong

Gateways’ Accessible Hebrew School is high-quality, individualized, and designed for children and teens with a wide range of disabilities and diverse learning needs. Students benefit from supports beyond what’s available in a typical religious school.

Teen Volunteer Program

“Gateways was one of the best parts of my high school experience.”

Over the last two decades, hundreds of Boston-area Jewish teens have made the rewarding decision to volunteer at Gateways. Teens work 1:1 supporting students at our Accessible Hebrew School who have disabilities and diverse learning needs.

Our teens build skills, earn community service hours, and make incredibly meaningful connections to our students, each other, and their Jewish identity.

Remote Tutoring

Be part of our accessible Jewish community—from anywhere.

Your child will connect with Hebrew language and Jewish prayer online with an experienced Jewish special educator, one on one. Our tutors are experts at leading engaging and effective remote lessons tailored to students’ strengths and needs.

Available for ages 11+.
