Accessible Hebrew Reading for All: A Pritzat Derech Workshop

Join National Experts

Jewish day school Hebrew teachers and leaders are invited to an afternoon workshop dedicated to making Hebrew accessible for all.  This session brings national experts to Boston from the Pritzat Derech: Hebrew for All initiative, including from Gateways: Access to Jewish Education and Hebrew at the Center. These experts will share evidence-based strategies specifically designed for students with language-based learning disabilities.

Come Away With

You’ll come away with practical, classroom-ready tools to help every student succeed in Hebrew decoding and acquisition. Areas we’ll cover include:

1. The Science of Reading — How to apply it to a Hebrew reading context.
2. Hebrew-specific Learning Disabilities — The unique challenges accompanying Hebrew reading.
3. The MTSS Framework — Supporting students through data-informed instruction at all levels.

This is the first time the Pritzat Derech Initiative has brought its training directly to a local Jewish community. You won’t want to miss it!
