A Scientifically Proven Program for Parents

Anxiety is one of the most common mental health challenges facing children today, and many parents are looking for tools that really work. Parents do their best to help, yet it can often feel like being stuck in the same cycle.

In collaboration with The Wellness Institute, we’re pleased to offer a free virtual workshop designed to help families better understand and respond to childhood anxiety. This event is open to all parents and caregivers and offers practical, research-based strategies you can begin using right away.

In this workshop, you’ll learn how to:

  • Respond to your child’s anxiety in a supportive way without rescuing
  • Break the cycle of accommodation
  • Build your child’s confidence and independence, even in difficult moments

Presenter: Dr. Eli Lebowitz

Dr. Eli Lebowitz is a nationally recognized expert on childhood anxiety and the creator of the SPACE program—an evidence-based approach that helps parents reduce children anxiety by changing how they respond to it. He directs the Program for Anxiety Disorders at the Yale Child Study Center.
