Calling all Jewish Day School Educators:

Do you believe in the power of disability inclusion?

Would you like to effect positive change in your school’s culture and mindset around disability and difference?

Whether you’re a classroom teacher, support staff, or even head of school, we invite you to join Gateways’ next Shiluv Faculty Fellowship! As a Shiluv Fellow, you’ll take part in a year-long cohort experience with other like-minded educators, where you’ll have the opportunity to learn about the philosophy and history of disability rights and inclusion, cultivate a shared language about difference and disability, and receive coaching and feedback as you bring the dynamic Shiluv Peer Disability curriculum to your classrooms.

Participation in the Shiluv Faculty Fellowship Includes: 

  • 10 hours of live professional learning through monthly webinars
  • Access to the comprehensive Shiluv curriculum for grades K-5  
  • 1:1 coaching with Gateways experts  
  • Ongoing synchronous learning opportunities
  • A vibrant community of practice that facilitates peer learning and collaboration among educators committed to disability inclusion
