Jewish Education Program Enrollment

To enroll in any of Gateways’ Jewish Education Programs, we ask that parents/guardians complete the registration forms each year. For information on payment plans and financial aid, visit the Financial Information page.

Returning Families:

Contact Michal Pullman, Student Services Financial Administrator, to receive a link to update your registration from last year. Please do not start a new registration, as you will not be able to import the previous registration later.

New Families:

Please follow the steps below to complete the forms in your favorite web browser. 

Beginning Your Registration

  1. Open the GJEP Registration Portal to the home page. Please read all the information on this page.
  2. Click the Begin Student Registration button when you have finished reading.
  3. Create your security code and enter your email as directed.
  4. When you receive the link to edit, please click on it to see the form. 

Filling Out the Form

There are five main pieces to the form, matching our Word forms sent in previous years:

  • Student Profile
  • Home Profile
  • Educational Profile
  • Emergency and Medical Form
  • Permissions, including our Informed Consent form
  • Tuition and Fees (replaces the Enrollment Contract)

To choose the form to edit, use the drop-down menu at the end of the Student Profile section. You may also choose All Forms.
